Shipping/Grading Policy
FAQ: Do you ship worldwide?
I ship to most countries, however, due to temporary service disruption caused by new shipping regulations/restrictions, I'm temporarily unable to ship to: Austria, Belgium, Czech, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Brazil, Russia, Germany and Mexico. If you're from those countries and would like to order something from my shop, please have the package sent to a forwarding address. If your country is not on the list above, but you are unable to check out, it might be an error, please contact me to have it fixed! Thank you!
Shipping:
☆ USA shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). It includes tracking and will typically take around 2-3 weeks to arrive. There will not be any additional fees/taxes to receive the package.
☆ Canadian packages typically do not include tracking, but will arrive quickly, within 1-2 weeks!
☆ International packages typically arrive within 4-5 weeks, but depending on your country, it can take an extra 2 weeks for border crossing. I am not responsible for any import fees (VAT).
☆ If you do not see your country available at checkout, please let me know by email or social media, it might be an error and I would be happy to fix it!
☆ Limited Edition pins are not replaceable if you chose not to purchase tracking, but please feel free to contact me if there's a problem with your order (including address changes!).
How quickly are orders shipped out?
☆ In hand pins will be shipped out within 1-2 week.
☆ Pre-order pins will take 3-5 months to complete. Thank you so much for your patience!

Grading Policy:
Please remember that all pins are handmade and therefore it is possible for tiny imperfections.
☆ Any Pre-Sales will receive the best of the batch (A-grade or as close to A-grade as possible).
☆ A grades: Perfect or almost perfect pin with no noticeable flaws at an arm's distance.
☆ B grades: Small flaws, but nothing that would detract from the beautiful design. Possible flaws may include: tiny dints, dust spec, underfill, or imperfections in the enamel/metal plate.
☆ C grades: Heavily flawed pins! Possible flaws on character's face or missing enamel. Please only purchase if you're ok with noticeable flaws!
Refund Policy:
☆ Once the item(s) are returned, a refund will be provided to the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you have any problems with a pin or an order, please contact me through social media or my shop's contact page and I will do my best to assist you! I typically respond within 48 hours. If you do not receive a response, there's a high chance I didn't receive your inquiry, please try contacting me again!
